*Background Information:
Luki Usagi is what one would call an...unmanageable child. She grew up hyper and cheerful in a house with her twin, Noki, and two decent, if not nerve-frayed for dealing with her...spunk, parents. XD; Why Luki and Noki enjoy speaking in third-person as much as they does remains to be a mystery. They simply do so. Anyway, the two girls gew up as the oddballs in a normal household, both half-blood witches.
When they were still small with very little grasp on their magic, Luki and Noki bumped heads. They...bumped heads really hard. Nobody knows exactly how it worked, but Luki's left eye was, instead of green, inverted to be black with a green outline around the pupil. Likewise for Noki, only in the right eye. Perhaps this didn't help their level of hyperactivity.
Personality-wise, Luki seems to be seven years old with a severe case of A.D.D...or something. While it's highly possible she's capable of being serious, she seems to simply choose not to be. Or it takes a lot. Or something. Anyways, Luki seems to be on a constant sugar high. She annoys people to no end with her hyperactivity.
Student-wise, Luki is the one that puts off her work until the last moment. Like many people, when under stress to finish an assignment, she seems to get spurts of good luck and do okay. While she isn't a super genius, she isn't a total dimwit, either-- though it may seem like it from time to time. xD;;;

OH OH OH~~! XD Luki made things explode today, it was so much fun, nya~~! But the potions professor person didn't seem to like it at all, nya~. D: They were like "USAGI, 40 POINTS FROM YOUR RESPECTIVE HOUSE." It was mean. The potion was all sparkly and stuff and Luki asked the teacher if it was supposed to do that and they were like "NO" in a really mean voice and it made Luki SAD. DX SHE WAS JUST WONDERING. And....and then the potion exploded. 8D All up in the professor's face. Like "KABOOOOOOM." It got on Luki too. x3; Then the professor de-de-deduct--...too...took points from Luki's house. D:
Uwah, but it was fun. XD
Luki just doesn't get why the professors get mad when she messes up. o_o; LUKI IS ONLY A HALF-BLOOD WIZARD, NYA.
...I want to go to The Three Broomsticks. x3;;; But the next trip isn't planned for a while, nya~ Luki doesn't want to do her homework either, but will be bored, nya, so...Luki will go sit in the common room and and and do her homework. Like a good girl.
